Good rooms with a huge washroom. You will get Bengali food options available. You can get a good view from the balcony only. The view from the view room is partially blocked. The balcony view is too good you can get a clear view of the whole mountain range. All the staff are helpful other than the manager. There is no store or anything near the hotel. You need to walk for 5-10 mins to get a store. They will insist you to book their own car to travel, which is a bit sketchy as they offer much higher prices.

Rooms are pretty reasonable. They provide hot water but you have to talk to the staff. They don't allow washing clothes since it can consume a lot of water quickly. Hotel staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. We had chowmein and tea and both were excellent. Tea was really good. View from the hotel is especially good with clear view of kanchenjunga from the roof.

Very good place near old Helipad ground. Rooms are very spacious and the beautiful view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from rooms balcony are magnetic. Behaviour of all the staff members are very helpful...

The rooms are specious. Food quality was good and tasty. A clear view of kanchenjonga from the balcony. Staff behavior was also friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very good. Hotel is very clean and big. Really like to live here. Staff is very friendly and service is very good. The environment near the hotel is really good. Football ⚽ ground and roapway is near to near to this hotel.
